2. What we offer
Professional consulting and implementation services in AI automation, live commerce, content and video production, and search and generative-engine visibility. The scope of each project is defined in writing in a specific proposal or contract, which prevails over anything published on this site.
3. Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. A published price is not a binding offer until confirmed in writing in a proposal. The Live 24/7 service has a launch price of 297 USD and a regular price of 427 USD; the launch price applies to a limited number of slots per month.
4. Results
Results published on this site belong to specific clients and were reported by them. They are not a guarantee of outcome. Performance depends on product, market, traffic budget and client execution — factors outside our exclusive control.
5. Client obligations
- Provide accurate information about products, prices and policies.
- Hold the usage rights to any material supplied to us (images, trademarks, voices, footage) and the consent of any person appearing in it.
- Comply with the regulations applicable to your activity, including data protection and advertising rules.
- Maintain your own accounts, licences and subscriptions with third-party platforms required by the project.
6. Intellectual property
Site content — text, design, logo, code and materials — belongs to Andrés Duque Labs and is protected by intellectual property law. Once a project is fully paid, the client receives a perpetual licence to use the materials produced specifically for them. The lab's own methodologies, templates and tooling remain ours.
7. Use of artificial intelligence
Our services use third-party AI models. The client understands that these systems can produce inaccurate output, which is why all material is submitted for review and approval before publication or production. Client approval of a deliverable transfers responsibility for its publication to the client.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid by the client in the three months preceding the triggering event. We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or interruptions and policy changes by third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok or AI model providers.
9. Cancellation
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in each proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, work already delivered and approved is non-refundable.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Colombia unless a signed proposal states otherwise.
