1. What we collect
- Contact data: name, WhatsApp number, email and whatever you choose to share about your business.
- Commercial relationship data: proposals, invoicing and communications, if we end up working together.
- Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and traffic source, collected in aggregate through analytics.
The contact form on this site stores nothing on our servers: it composes a text message and opens it in your WhatsApp app so that you decide whether to send it.
2. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiries and prepare proposals.
- To deliver and follow up on contracted services.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- To improve the site through aggregate statistics.
- To send service updates, only if you opted in. You can opt out at any time.
3. Legal basis
We process data based on your prior, express and informed authorisation, on performance of the contract where one exists, and on compliance with legal obligations. For users in the European Economic Area, the equivalent bases are consent, contract performance and legitimate interest in the security and improvement of the service.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or trade personal data. We share only what is necessary with infrastructure providers: Hostinger International Ltd. (hosting), WhatsApp / Meta Platforms (messaging you initiate) and Google LLC (fonts and analytics). Some providers are located outside Colombia; those transfers rely on contractual clauses and each provider's security standards.
5. Retention
Enquiry data that does not lead to a contract is kept for a maximum of twelve months. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the periods required by Colombian accounting and tax rules.
6. Your rights
You may access, update, rectify and delete your personal data, request proof of the authorisation given, be informed about how your data has been used, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with Colombia's Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. To exercise any of these, write to hola@andresduquelabs.com. We respond within fifteen business days.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: HTTPS encryption in transit, restricted access to client information, and providers with recognised security standards. No system is infallible; if an incident affects your data, we will tell you.
8. Minors
Our services are aimed at people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The last-updated date above will change accordingly, and material changes will be announced on the site.
