How I got here
I started selling through direct messages, like almost everyone in Latin America. That taught me what no course does well: most sales aren't lost on price, they're lost on response time. From measuring live streams to automating conversations was a short step.
How I work
Diagnosis first, tool second. If the problem isn't automation, I'll say so and sell you nothing.
Nothing ships without your approval. You review every response before it talks to a real customer.
If it isn't measured, it didn't happen. Every implementation ships with a report.

About the work
Does Andrés handle projects personally?
Yes. I do the diagnosis and system design myself. A team joins for implementation when the project needs it, but I never hand off the conversation.
Where are you based?
Colombia, with clients across Latin America. The whole process is remote: diagnosis, implementation and delivery.
